We will attempt to answer your insurance questions but it is your responsibility to know what services your health insurance policy will or will not cover
Bring your insurance cards with you to each visit
You will need to contact your insurance company to add your new baby to the policy, this is not done automatically. It is recommended to contact them as soon as possible or at least within 2 weeks of birth.

Billing
Our office will bill your medical insurance carriers for services received. Please be sure we have your correct and complete insurance information
Be prepared to pay your designated copays at the time of service
Pay your balance in the office or call our billing office to make a payment
If unable to pay your copay or balance, please call our billing office to set up a payment plan
Payments not made after 120 days will go to collections
If you come for a well visit and you present with a sick condition or other issues, you may owe a copay or deductible for the visit
